How to Cancel ODEON in the UK — myLIMITLESS & Ticket Refunds
Thinking of cancelling an ODEON myLIMITLESS membership or getting a refund on tickets? Here’s the up-to-date path, including the cooling-off rules, minimum terms, notice period, and self-serve ticket refunds.
1) Decide what you’re cancelling
myLIMITLESS membership (monthly or annual): recurring subscription with a minimum term.
One-off tickets: booked for a specific screening; self-serve refunds are available if you act in time.
2) myLIMITLESS — cooling-off & minimum term
Cooling-off (first 14 days): If you joined online, you can cancel within 14 days of sign-up. Refunds (if due) are typically returned within 14 days to the original payment method.
Minimum term: 3 months if you pay monthly; 12 months if you pay annually upfront. After the minimum term, monthly plans roll over month-to-month until you cancel.
3) How to cancel myLIMITLESS (after your minimum term)
Check you’re outside the minimum term.
Give notice: ODEON requires 30 days’ notice to process a cancellation. Submit your request via the official myLIMITLESS contact form/email in ODEON Help.
Price rises: If ODEON increases your fee and you’re not happy, you can terminate via the contact method set out in the terms.
Prefer to pause? You may be able to freeze instead—ask the team via the same Help contact.
Important: ODEON handles cancellations via its Help contact route; third-party requests still require ODEON to confirm with you directly.

4) Refund or cancel ODEON tickets
Self-serve window: If the film starts in more than 2 hours, members can cancel and refund in the ODEON app (tap the Refund button on your e-ticket). If you need to change a booking, cancel and rebook—amendments aren’t supported.
Inside 2 hours: App refunds aren’t offered when you’re within two hours of the start time.
