  • and AI assistant interactions.

AI-generated outputs:

  • are informational only,

  • may not always be accurate,

  • and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

Users remain solely responsible for decisions made using AI-generated information.

Plouta does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

Users may have the option to disable certain AI-powered features within the app settings.

7. Vault & Uploaded Content

The Services may allow users to upload and store documents and content including:

  • receipts,

  • financial records,

  • wills,

  • tax documents,

  • insurance documents,

  • and other personal materials.

You remain solely responsible for:

  • the legality of uploaded content,

  • maintaining backup copies,

Plouta reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

  • upload malicious code,

  • scrape or extract data,

  • reverse engineer the platform,

  • impersonate others,

  • abuse AI features,

  • use automated bots without permission,

  • or use the Services to commit fraud or financial crime.

You also agree not to use the platform for:

  • money laundering,

  • identity fraud,

  • illegal financial activity,

  • or harmful conduct.

9. Adviser Relationships

Independent Advisers

Financial advisers introduced through Plouta are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Plouta.

Adviser Verification

Plouta may conduct reasonable onboarding checks regarding adviser regulatory status; however, users should independently verify adviser authorisation through the FCA Register.

No Endorsement

Plouta does not:

  • endorse,

  • recommend,

  • guarantee,

  • or warrant

the suitability, quality, accuracy, or outcomes of adviser services.

Adviser Disputes

Any dispute between a user and adviser is solely between those parties.

Plouta is not responsible for:

  • adviser conduct,

  • advice quality,

  • fees,

  • investment outcomes,

  • losses,

  • or disputes.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content including:

  • branding,

  • software,

  • design,

  • graphics,

  • AI systems,

  • text,

  • logos,

  • databases,

  • and materials

are owned by or licensed to Plouta Technologies Ltd and protected under intellectual property laws.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

Users may not:

  • reproduce,

  • distribute,

  • modify,

  • resell,

  • copy,

  • scrape,

  • or commercially exploit

the Services or content without written consent.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Services is subject to our:

  • or discontinue

features at any time without liability.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plouta Technologies Ltd and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

  • indirect losses,

  • loss of profits,

  • loss of data,

  • business interruption,

  • financial losses,

  • investment losses,

  • reputational damage,

  • or consequential damages.

This includes losses arising from:

  • use of the Services,

  • reliance on AI-generated insights,

  • adviser interactions,

  • investment decisions,

  • uploaded content,

  • technical failures,

  • or unauthorised access.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed:

  • £100 GBP,
    OR

  • the amount paid by you to Plouta within the previous 6 months,
    whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under English law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plouta Technologies Ltd from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, and costs arising from:

  • your breach of these Terms,

  • unlawful conduct,

  • uploaded content,

  • misuse of the Services,

  • or infringement of third-party rights.

16. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately where:

  • Terms are breached,

  • unlawful conduct occurs,

  • security risks arise,

  • fraud is suspected,

  • or misuse is detected.

Upon termination:

  • your right to use the Services ceases immediately,

  • certain data may remain retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

17. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify:

  • the Services,

  • features,

  • pricing,

  • or these Terms

at any time.

Where material changes occur, reasonable notice may be provided through:

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Plouta.

Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of rights.

Assignment

Users may not transfer rights under these Terms without written consent. Plouta may assign these Terms as part of a business transfer or restructuring.
