How to Cancel Disney+ in the UK
Here’s the quickest way to end your Disney+ subscription whether you’re billed by Disney directly or through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Sky, or another partner.
Identify who bills you
Open Disney+ → Profile → Account → Subscription.
If you see a message that billing is handled by a third party (Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Sky, etc.), you must cancel with that provider. help.disneyplus.com
2. Cancel if you’re billed directly by Disney+
Go to disneyplus.com and sign in
Profile → Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
Confirm cancellation (you’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period)
Disney+ doesn’t give partial-month refunds.
3. Cancel if you’re billed by a partner
Apple (App Store / iTunes)
iPhone/iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Disney+ → Cancel

4. Refunds & key rules
No partial refunds for unused time; access continues until your current period ends.
Annual plan: some regions allow a refund within a short window after renewal (Disney+ says within 15 days after each annual renewal in its EMEA FAQ). Check the latest policy in your account.
5. Optional: Delete your Disney+ account (not just cancel)
After cancelling, you can permanently remove your account: Profile → Account → Settings → Delete Account, then verify via the 6-digit code sent to your email. (Support available 24/7 via chat if you’re stuck.)
